Wyrażam zgodę na przetwarzanie podanych przeze mnie moich danych osobowych przez firmę Business Bridge Group Sp. z o.o. (Business Bridge Group Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą przy ul. Szczęśliwej 38A/2, 53-418 we Wrocławiu, dalej jako Administrator Danych Osobowych) w celu realizacji aktualnych i przyszłych procesów rekrutacyjnych – na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a ogólnego rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych osobowych. Oświadczam, że podanie przeze mnie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, jak również o tym, że przysługuje mi prawo do cofnięcia niniejszej zgody w każdym czasie, przy czym cofnięcie zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych jest równoznaczne z rezygnacją z dalszego udziału w tym oraz w przyszłych procesach rekrutacyjnych

Information clause concerning personal data.In accordance with art. 13 GDPR (RODO) (Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulations) of 27th April 2016 (OJ EU L No. 119, p. 1) we inform you that

1. The Administrator of your personal data is Business Bridge Group Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Wrocław, in Szczęśliwa 38A/2 Street.
2. You can contact the Data Protection Officer by email: rodo@bbgroup.com.pl, or at our address at ul. Szczęśliwa 38A/2, 53-418 Wrocław.
3. Your data processing is carried out on the basis of permission (according to art. 6 sect. 1 point a RODO) only to present employment offers and also to carry out current or future recruitment processes.
4. Recipients of your personal data will be the Administrator’s clients who participate in the recruitment processes. Every time we pass on your personal data to the Client’s Administrator we will inform you about this fact. Recipients of your personal data are also entities responsible for supporting the Administrator in the recruitment processes, with whom the Administrator cooperates on the basis of current agreements (they are in particular: Service Suppliers, Partners, Co-workers).  
5. Your personal data is stored for the period of current and future recruitment processes until you revoke your permission for your personal data processing and demand their removal.
6. You are entitled to:• demand access to your personal data, its correction, completion, removal or restrict its processing, and also the right to transfer your data.
• revoke your permission for processing data at any time; revoking permission does not impact on compliance with the data processing law which had been given on the basis of the permission before its revocation.
• file a complaint with the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data.
7. Providing personal data is an obligatory requirement on the basis of legal regulations, in the remaining scope it is voluntary. However, failure to provide it and to give permission for its processing will make it impossible to carry out the recruitment processes with your participation.
8. Your personal data will not be used to perform profiling, especially in the automatic decision making process.
